Returns and Exchanges

Apparel Footwear Fragrance Adornments Faulty or Damaged goods Unwanted goods may be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original, sealable condition.Any tags, dustbags, and original packaging must be returned. Please note that final sale items can not be returned or exchanged.

Apparel

All garments must be returned with original tags, packaging (such as garment bags), and extra buttons.

Footwear

Please ensure that any footwearis tried on on non-abrasive surfaces, such as carpeted floors. Footwear must be returned in their original packaging with any dust bags provided.

Fragnance

Any fragrance products such as perfumes orincense must be in their original packaging, sealed and unused.

Adornments

Any jewellery or accessory, must be returned in their original packaging, sealed and unworn. Due to hygiene reasons, products such as face masks are non-refundable.
